Create and organise your Lasting Power of Attorney with confidence. Storey guides you through each step — clearly, calmly, and at your own pace.
With Storey, you can create both types of UK Lasting Power of Attorney, using guided forms with plain-English explanations throughout.
Covers decisions about medical care, treatment, daily routine, and where you live — only used if you’re unable to decide for yourself.
Covers finances such as bank accounts, bills, pensions, and property — and can be used with your permission if needed.
Storey walks you through each part of your LPA with structured forms, clear explanations, and helpful prompts along the way.
People added to your LPAs can be selected directly from your Important Contacts, keeping everything consistent and connected.
Once you’ve completed your LPA, Storey generates the official documents using the approved UK government format.
Your information is placed directly into the official Office of the Public Guardian LPA forms, ready to download and print.
Generated LPAs are stored in your account under Accounts + Assets → Important Documents, so they’re always easy to find.
We automatically add notes explaining exactly what to do next, including signing, witnessing, and registration.
After downloading and printing your completed LPA, follow the steps below to ensure it is correctly registered and legally valid.
Before posting your application:
The Donor must always sign first, followed by the Certificate Provider, and finally the Attorneys. This order is essential for validity.
Witnesses must be aged 18 or over. A Donor cannot witness an Attorney’s signature, and an Attorney cannot witness the Donor’s signature.
