This page is for designated Inactive Account Managers that have been assigned to an account and the account holder's profile has become inactive due to incapacity or passing away.
To proceed with gaining access to the account holder's profile, you must complete the following form. This process ensures we verify your identity and your designated status before granting access.
As a designated Inactive Account Manager, you will be granted read-only, third-party authority access to the account. This access permits you to view and Download all documents and content within the account.
You will NOT be able to: make changes, initiate transactions, or delete content within the account.
Upon submitting your access request, we will then notify the account holder, who has 24 hours to refuse the request. If they do not decline, your access will be authorized.
